Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
All reservations are guaranteed at time of reservation by either the deposit of one night’s stay, or 50% on stays of two or more nights. We accept Visa and MasterCard. If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days before your arrival date, a refund of your deposit, less a $35 cancellation fee, will be issued.
Early departures will be treated like a cancellation. If you cancel within 7 days or less of your arrival date, there will not be refund, and you will be charged for payment of the total rate. When making advanced guaranteed reservations, please remember you are making a commitment to us and we are making one to you.
Check In: After 3:00 pm (Please let us know if you will be arriving after 8:00 pm.)
Check Out: Before 11:00 am
Payment: The full balance of your accommodations will be paid upon your check-in. We gladly accept cash, credit cards, or debit cards.
Smoking: We are a non-smoking facility. There will be a $250 charge for smoking in the rooms.
Handicap Accessibility: The inn is located on the second floor and does not have an elevator. We sincerely apologize for not being able to accommodate a wheel chair. The Iron Horse Restaurant, Tavern, and Shops are, however, handicapped accessible.
Pets: We are unable to accommodate pets at the Iron Horse Station. Sorry, no exceptions.
